Pramipexole Dihydrochloride, also known as Prami in bodybuilding circles, is a dopamine agonist that is very similar to the same compounds that work alongside Cabergoline. The primary reason you would use this drug at all is to treat Parkinson’s disease. Pramipexole is very commonly found in the brand names Sifrol, Mirapexin, and Mirapex, there are some generic kinds of these drugs, but for the most part, those three are the primary drugs that are popular. Mirapex is known under the brand Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. Along with treating Parkinson’s, Pramipexole is also prescribed so it can treat people with restless legs syndrome. It’s a drug that has shown a lot of promising signs, especially when treating bipolar disorder, but there are a lot of people that don’t give it this label whatsoever.
