How do I pay for my order?
We accept CAD ($) via Email Transfers / Interac and Bitcoin (BTC). Payment details are provided at checkout.
How do I know your site is legit?
We’re here to earn your trust, so feel free to reach out and we’ll answer all your concerns and questions. We pride ourselves in providing reliable services and in our lab-tested products to ensure ingredient purity. Test us out with a small order and decide from there.
Can I pick up my order?
We can only send your order to a pick up location that you provide.
Any minimum or maximum order requirements?
No, we do not need a minimum or maximum quantity for orders.
What are your bulk order pricing?
Contact us with your order to discuss our bulk order discounts, as it will depend on the product and quantity.
Do you price match if I find a lower price elsewhere?
Yes. If you find a lower price from a reputable and authorized store within Canada, we’ll price match it! Just email us the product info. We do not price match stores from other countries.
Where do you ship to and from?
We ship from Canada and only ship domestically to Canadian addresses (PO boxes included). We do not ship to the US or internationally. Please make sure to provide accurate shipping information to prevent the loss of your shipment.
How do you ship your orders?
We use plain box packaging with no identifiable labels to ensure discretion. We package your order inside bubble wrap and protective sturdy cardboard to ensure its safe delivery. You’ll get a tracking number after your payment and shipment is confirmed. No signature is required unless you request it.
How long does shipping take?
Our turnaround time is 2-3 business days. The total shipping time depends on your location.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can still make changes to your order before sending a payment. No cancellations can be accepted post-payment. Your order is automatically cancelled if no payment is received after 2 days.
Can I make a custom order that's not on your store?
If you want a product that isn’t on our list, we can most likely do a custom order for you. Email us what you’re looking for and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
If you encounter some issues with your recent order, please provide us with a photo of the damaged product so we can better assess the situation. We will then be happy to provide you with a credit or a replacement order free of charge.
